For Breakfast - There are no finer sights, as
Dr. Johnson should have said, than a full Irish Breakfast in an Irish Country House but
there are alternatives. Try our undyed smoked haddock with rosti and poached egg or
locally produced smoked salmon with scrambled eggs. Begin your meal with freshly squeezed
orange juice followed by fruit compote, yogurt, toasted oats and honey. There is freshly
baked bread, coffee and a variety of teas. |

For Dinner - Menus change with the seasons and there is an emphasis on organic
produce and locally caught sea foods. Ours is a set menu, usually 4 courses, so if you
have any food dislikes or allergies etc. please let us know. Guests may bring their own
wine, there is no corkage charge. Dinner should be booked the day before. Please refer to our Rates and Reservations page for latest rates.
Euros. Alternatively we are happy to recommend a number of restaurants around Wexford. |
